| UK receiver charged with four driving offenses and resisting arrest LEXINGTON, Ky. -- A receiver for the University of Kentucky football team was arrested and charged with four driving offenses, plus resisting arrest, according to Fayette County Detention Center spokesman, Lt. Randy Jones. Records show Steve Johnson, a senior, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. EDT Wednesday night in Lexington, but was released on bond at 11:15 p.m., after paying a fine of $572, which included his bond, a previous fine of $189 from a traffic court case and court costs, Jones said. UK football coach Rich Brooks said that Johnson will play on Saturday in the team's opener against Eastern Kentucky. "We will deal with those issues internally," Brooks said. "We will let the case resolve itself. Stevie Johnson has been nothing but an outstanding citizen since he has been here and I expect that will continue."
