Jayhawks vs. Central Michigan

My spider sense is tingling, Jayhawks fans. It's telling me that this could be a dangerous, dangerous game for Kansas. Central Michigan was 10-4 last season and actually outgained KU on offense, 380 yards per game to 374 yards per game. Coach Mark Mangino's said to be on the hotseat, and a loss to the Chippewas would not be a good start to the season. Can they avoid the upset at home?

Huge win for the Jayhawks, who took a 35-0 lead into the half and eventually came away with a 52-7 victory. QB Todd Reesing was mighty impressive, throwing for 261 yards and four touchdowns on 20-of-29 passing, while Kansas also had a pair of 100-yard rushers in Brandon McAnderson and Jake Sharp. Could this be a sleeper team in the Big 12?
