I would trade all my hitters except for Mark Teahen for miinor league pitchers and stock up on that. I would follow a moneyball approach in drafting.

Come on Pundit...get outside the box of yours...I would stockpile the lefthander hitters and move the rightfield fence in a good 50 feet....Oh, and get me a uniform change...something along the lines of the old Kansas City Monarchs uni...

I'd try and get new ownership...but I'll try to be realistic.

Get rid of all the big contracts and overpriced vets. Stock up on young talent. Overhaul your scouting and be prepared to spend some money. It won't be overnight but you have to rebuild the chemistry of the ballclub. Show the league you're trying to improve and you'll be able to get key free-agents.

Of course you must make the right decisions come draft time as well.
