i was going threw teams pages on espn and found out that buddy bell has to be a horrible coach granted he has coached the rockies, tigers, and now the royals but he has a .415 winning percentage and one season over 500 at 82-80

Well, it'd be interesting to see how he'd do with a team of major league players. And that is a major knock on the Rockies, Tigers and Royals that he managed.

If you are looking for the worst manager ever or currently, I give you Frank Robinson. 994-1085 in fifteen years, never won a ttile of any kind, and lost 100 games with the Orioles in 88 after that dismal start. Some of his moves defy description. Honorable mention goes to the A's Ken Macha. All you need to know about him is how he managed the A's during that Red Sox 2004 post-season debacle.
