A former MLB star had some big-time complements for Tony Peña’s defense this weekend.

According to the Kansas City Star, "Eight-time Gold Glove winner Frank White called Tony Peña’s sliding-stop, throw-from-the-knees, with-the-bases-loaded play on Adam Lind Saturday night 'one of the greatest plays I’ve ever seen.'" So how good is this kid defensively? Are we looking at a future Gold Glover here?

I've only seen him play a few times. He does have great range. I see a few gold gloves in his future.
