"This past week I started doing strength exercises," Royals 3B Mark Teahen told MLB.com in this recent interview, "so that's coming back pretty quick... No setbacks or anything like that... I should be able to throw full bore before Christmas the way I see it." Teahen led K.C. with 18 home runs and had 69 RBI in 2006. What kind of season do you see him having next year?

So far in Teahen's career, I've liked what I've seen from this kid.

I think that if he plays to his potential next season, he might be able to crack 25+ HRs and 80 RBIs.

He is one of those pure solid 3Bs in the league. Those are very rare to find these days (see:Rodriguez, Alex [SS/3B]).
