| Re: Kansas City Chiefs 2006 NFL preview Lots of questions face Herm Edwards in his first season as Chiefs coach. According to this preview, "Edwards needs more toughness on defense." and while it mentions that draft picks DE Tamba Hali (Penn State) and S Bernard Pollard (Purdue) are a good start, there's still more construction work to be done. Also, the offense is aging, except for Larry Johnson. How much do they have left in the tank. K.C.'s season could go either way, from the looks of it. How do you think they'll fare in 2006? |

| Re: Kansas City Chiefs 2006 NFL preview "Kansas City will have to come close to its 7-1 home record to have any shot at the playoffs this year," claims this preview, adding "What everyone has to realize is that this is not the same offense that could put 30+ points up every Sunday. I expect opponents to have more success this season in Kansas City then they did in 2005. While the Chiefs will have a record above .500 at home, they shouldn’t be as dominant as they were last year in Arrowhead." The author predicts an 8-8 record for Kansas City. How does that sound to you? |

| Re: Kansas City Chiefs 2006 NFL preview 8-8 seems about right, with maybe 9-7 possible if they can find a way to split with the Chargers im really not sure why anyone (especially the Chiefs front office) expects anything good from Herm.......the Jets seemed to stink pretty bad when he was there, why should this be any different? he was a very perplexing coaching hire to me when the Chiefs picked him up
