The Chiefs had led or been tied at halftime in six of their seven games of their losing streak, so they altered their routine during the break Sunday. They went into the locker room briefly but returned a long time before halftime was finished. "I told them maybe we shouldn't go in at halftime, that maybe we should stay out on the field," Herman Edwards said. "So it was just like high school.
