L.J Ends Holdout

Running back Larry Johnson appears to have ended his holdout, joining the Kansas City Chiefs for practice Tuesday morning. Johnson has been absent since the Chiefs opened training camp July 27 in River Falls, Wis.
Chiefs spokesman Bob Moore seemed surprisd to see Johnson in uniform, taking a swing pass from quarterback Brodie Croyle. Moore says Johnson will speak to the media Wednesday.
Johnson has broken the Chiefs' single-season rushing record in each of the past two seasons. He ran for 1,789 yards last year and set an NFL record with 416 carries.

The star running back Johnson has agreed in principle to a new six-year, $45 million deal with Kansas City, FOXSports.com has learned. The contract includes $19 million in guaranteed money.

great news for k.c fans and people who drafted him in fantasy like me..

Re: L.J Ends Holdout

So who caved? I'm guessing it was Johnson because 6-for-$45 seems like a lot less than he had been asking for, if I recall correctly.
