Interesting comments from Chiefs T Jordan Black in regards to his team's loss to Miami on Sunday. “I think we just got lured into this trap,” he is quoted as saying in the above article. “This was a trap game, and we got caught. This was one of those games where probably we were a little overconfident. I probably shouldn’t speak for the whole team, but it was one of those classic scenarios.” Read between the lines; isn't he essentially calling out Herm Edwards for not keeping the team focused on the task at hand?

Trap games are for good team that look past an opponent. The Chiefs don't qualify, because they aren't that good. I couldn't imagine anybody else on the Chiefs that thought a game AT Miami was going to be easy, especially knowing how Miami had played the Bears the week before.
