According to this press release, "The Jaguars made two roster moves today, signing first-year free agent guard Shannon Snell and waiving wide receiver Felton Huggins, who had been signed as a rookie free agent out of Southeastern Louisiana. Snell, a 6-2, 310 pounder from Florida, was signed by the Denver Broncos as a undrafted rookie in 2004. He has also spent time with Minnesota and Dallas. He will wear jersey No. 60."
