The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to unveil their own version of the Ring of Honor this year, and currently they're allowing fans to go to jaguars.com >> The official website of the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars. and vote on possible names for it. And who will be the first player inducted? Former Jacksonville offensive tackle Tony Boselli, of course, who for years was the best tackle in the league and one of the faces of the franchise. Good choice, no?

So the fans have spoken, and the Jacksonville Jaguars ring of honor will officially be called the "Pride of the Jaguars". Former offensive tackle Tony Boselli will still be the first man inducted, and the ceremony will take place on October 8, when the Jaguars host the New York Jets at Alltel Stadium.

Boselli is a fine pick...the other has to be Jimmy Smith...he practicaly lead them in receiving yards every year but his first I believe...which is not bad for a guy drafted and cut by the Cowboys.

Yeah the often injured Taylor has to be included...and Brunell slipped my mined...how quuickly we forget...he was once a franchise type QB in jacksonville....vital to their early success.
