| Jags add Henderson to coaching staff Former New York Jets and Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Donnie Henderson will become a member of the Jaguars staff Friday, according to head coach Jack Del Rio. Jacksonville.com The Jags are still looking for a defensive coordinator to replace Mike Smith. Henderson is a defensive coordinator but he is NOT joining the Jags in that capacity according to Del Rio, although they are "delighted" to have him on the staff. I am kind of scratching my head on this one. Some of these teams amaze me.
