Iowa State sophomore guard Alison Lacey was named second-team all-conference in the Big 12 Friday while forward Kelsey Bolte was selected to the all-freshman team.
Lacey, a sophomore guard from Ballard of Huxley, leads Iowa State in scoring at 14.5 points per game and assists, with 3.9 per game. She also has a team-high 75 3-pointers while making 41 percent of her attempts.
Bolte, a 6-foot 1-inch wing from Battle Creek-Ida Grove, is the Cyclones' third-leading scorer with 10.1 points per game while averaging 5.3 rebounds. She has made 39 3-pointers and is shooting 40.6 percent from the arc and 87.3 percent from the free-throw line.
