| No teams have inquired about Ferentz Iowa athletic director Gary Barta said no university or representative of a university has contacted him about talking to coach Kirk Ferentz about a head coaching position. He said Ferentz, or a Ferentz representative, has not informed him that he plans to discuss another coaching opportunity. “Nothing new has happened in respect to Kirk,” Barta said.
