I think they will because as the great Woody Paige once said "If you look at the schedule. They get Northwestern which they could easily lose.
But after that they get 1-8 Minnestoda and 3-6 Western Michigan both at home.

In the past, yes, but way too many teams are gonna get bowl eligible this year.

I havent paid attention to the rules. What does it take to become bowl eligible. I don't think a team with 5 losses should be eligible for anything except extra practice. Just another example of why the bowls are a waste of time.

Six wins, which means this year that a .500 team can become bowl eligible. You're right, they need to change it, make it an 8 win minimum.

Can like change my vote to no. The Big 10 has 7 automatic bids and 8 teams with 7 wins which is like a bowl a lock. Iowa and Northwestern are sitting at 6 wins. So they are both probably out.

Yep, this is about what I thought was going to happen.

It's too easy to get bowl eligible these days - not everyone who is will go, and Iowa's one of those who won't.

I think they should get rid of half the bowls too. If they are forced to take terrible teams, what is the point of having one.
