| Douglas pleads not guilty One of the Iowa football players accused of stealing a credit card and making or attempting to make about $1,500 in fraudulent purchases pleaded not guilty to the crime, online court records show. Dominique Douglas, 19, of Detroit, pleaded not guilty to unauthorized use of a credit card Wednesday in a written arraignment. Douglas and fellow football player Anthony Bowman, also 19 and of Detroit, were arrested Aug. 19 for an incident that occurred May 8, when police say Douglas and Bowman stole two credit cards and made or attempted to make purchases at Hatworld, C&E Fashions and Sneakerhead. Bowman has yet to make any plea, according to court documents. Bowman is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 18 Dominique Douglas pleads not guilty
