6-3 Illinois, but Iowa has gotten into Illinois territory on all 4 of its possessions, which have resulted in a short field goal, 2 failed 4th downs, and a punt. But a great game to watch.

Yeah, they really needed this one. Been a tough season for the Hawkeyes.

And now that Illinois has lost, only Michigan and Ohio State are left without a loss within in the conference.

Illinois will be Illinois. Anytime they get on a roll they find a way to screw it up. Give them a Top 20 ranking and they choke. This is from someone who has grown up with the Illini and just when you start to root for them, they let you down.
