| Brodell done for year ? Iowa City, Ia. — Iowa receiver Andy Brodell will miss the rest of the season with a torn hamstring, Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz said today. Ferentz also said tight end Tony Moeaki will miss at least at least two weeks with a dislocated left elbow and broken bone in his left hand. Both players were injured last weekend during Iowa’s 17-13 loss at Wisconsin. The Hawkeyes play host to Indiana on Saturday. "We'll go into this game without those two guys and kind of move forward from there," Ferentz said. Brodell, a junior from Ankeny, caught 13 passes for 96 yards this season. He also averaged 14.4 yards on 14 punt returns. He set an Alamo Bowl record with 159 receiving yards in a 26-24 loss against Texas last season. Moeaki, a junior from Wheaton, Ill., is the Hawkeyes' leading receiver this year with 14 receptions for 170 yards and three touchdowns. "I think a couple weeks is optimistic," Ferentz said. "It could be two weeks, could be a month. We'll just see how it goes. We'll know more here in two weeks." The Hawkeyes' depth chart this week lists the starting receivers as redshirt freshman James Cleveland and either true freshman Colin Sandeman or redshirt freshman Derrell Johnson-Koulianos. The backups are redshirt freshman Paul Chaney Jr. and sophomore Trey Stross. Stross has been sidelined with a pulled hamstring. "He will practice today and we're optimistic that we'll get him back," Ferentz said Man the injury bug hits my teams again
