Hey all - it is tough living in CT and loving NASCAR - oh yeah - and being a girl to boot. I get some weird looks when I tell them I am going camping and to a race for my vacation.
So glad the season has started - although what a weird beginning.

So just want to say howdy and how happy I was just searching the web and found you all!

Awesome! It is fun to meet other girls that are into sports. My poor jock Dad ended up having 4 daughters, so he took us all to games and taught us how to play etc...
And man did knowing so much about sports come in handy when I became a bartender.

I'm older than you, but I get wierd looks too 'cause I am a fanatic about football. Most of the looks come from my family. Although they are starting to get used to it.

Let's see - favorite college team? Not really, but I love March Madness and do pretty well picking the brackets.

I am also a huge football fan. My husband and I are on a quest to see every team play in their home stadium. It's been a lot of fun.
The Giants are my team and I still cannot get over the shock that they beat New England. Living in New England, I was the only one rooting for NY at my own SuperBowl party, but it sure felt good!!

When do you usually post your weekly NASCAR predictions? I think I will enjoy that discussion!

The prediction tread is usually open on Monday but you can make your pick anytime before qualifying begins. We also have live chat during every race.
