I am thinking going thru Barney and teletubby, reading Dr. Seus over and over, watching the Grinch and Charlie Brown is easier than what's to come. We talk about movies a lot here but it is very difficult to find something you can watch with kids (new releases) My standards for my children were much much stricter than what theirs is for my grandkids. The grandkids know the standards are different at Grandma's and accept it.
Now I have to go try to convince Titan that Barney is NOT GAY. Yeesh, where do they get this stuff from??????

Well, obviously, if he has a girl friend as opposed to a girl that was a friend, he isnt gay. And dont come with that his friend who wore green stuff. Dont some of your friends wear Titan blue? He's not playing dress-up, that purple suit is his natural shade. And camp voice, come on? Have you ever heard teachers talk to a bunch of kids? "Come on children. Let's all put our heads down for our nap" "Let's not fight over the Barney toy. Let's all take a turn and share" etc. etc. And of course he sounds doped up. How else do you think he stays so cheerful all the time? He borrowed some of Simon's Jolly Cowboys.
He's very big, talks in circles, charms the ladies, and is a take charge kind of guy. Of course he's masculine. He has many masculine characteristics.

Please tell me you are joking because I find your attitude toward this purple children's character nearing a phobic state. Statistics tell us that at least 10% of the worlds population is gay.

yes im clearly being serious, its become my lifes ambition to 'out' Barney the dinosaur...it was a joke ok, i was trying to bring a little humour to the conversation so please dont start throwing in statistics and words like me being a homophobic in before reviewing that maybe i was making a joke and i wasnt actually being serious about the fact that i thought Barney the dinosaur was gay
