Yes and no. If they use their own vehicles they pay but are reimbursed at a specific rate, right now it is probably 50.5 cents per mile. The no part comes from the plan of getting them all postal vehicles. Many of them like the idea of getting paid to use their own vehicles but Uncle likes his idea more and he is the one writing the checks.

Maybe , but it's not just her, it's when he has like four or five of her friends over and I only get like friend. Try being in a house filled with 8th grade girls.

dont know why they would want to use their own vehicles. My husband had a bundle route (hauled paper bundles to stores and carriers) and then when I retired I went with him. We didnt get reimbursed for gas but even if we had, that puts an awful lot of wear and tear on the vehicle.

bears, bears, you are not getting it here. It took a long time for me to figure out that my oldest daughter's friends really admired my oldest son. And there is an even bigger age difference with you and your sister. Those girls think you are hot stuff!

bears, bears, you are not getting it here. It took a long time for me to figure out that my oldest daughter's friends really admired my oldest son. And there is an even bigger age difference with you and your sister. Those girls think you are hot stuff!

It was the way they operated when they started years ago but now the PO doesn't want to have to pay the per/mile rate and they do have some excess vehicles so it is less expensive for them.

You still dont get it. It has nothing to do with your girlfriend and nothing to do with needing them.

I think he just put that part in to make it seem like he has grown up.

Hubbie broke the belt on his riding lawn mower so we had to fix it. I took one look at it and the directions and told him to get a new one. Yeesh, what a job. Although the hardest part was getting up and down. We cleaned it up and got the blades sharpened while we were at it. At any rate, its fixed and works great.
And we are still talking to each other! Some of these do it together projects-----

I have two projects that are suppost to be together startin Friday. It will be me alone probably (with the wife tellin me how to do somethin she don't know anythin about..... but she'll make up for it eventually). I have to lay patio bricks.... then build a roof over the patio and deck area. yeehaw

My husband always tells me every job needs a supervisor. So your wife can sit in the lounge chair with a cool drink in her hand and supervise. Sounds like a plan to me.
