Probably more stressful for you than for him. How long do they stay in the hospital for this these days?

he has to go in at 6:30 ... the surgery is scheduled for 7:30 ... it should take about 15 minutes ... then he should wake up in an hour or so .... they said he will be home that afternoon

and no .. he doesnt seem to mind it at all

Its always hard to see a little one in a hospital bed even if its for something like having tonsils removed.
Bet he gets lots of ice cream and good stuff like that when he gets home.

his mother already told me to go out tomorrow and buy 2 gallons of it while he is gone

and i know he will be fine ..... i told my wife it is just like when she had our daughter Charlie ... it happens hundreds of times a day and goes just fine ..... its just that its our little man that it is happening to

Exactly simon. They always tell you when you have surgery that its no big deal, they do it a lot, etc. But its a big deal when it happens to you.
He will be fine simon. Afterward you will wonder what you were stressed out about.

Being the father of 6 children I am sure you know but if you and your wife and the other kids are feeling any stress at all, somehow keep it from him or he will feel it too.
Unless he decides to take advantage of it. Naw, he wouldnt do that.
