I have no clue what I'm doing but it all looks like too much fun to lurk any longer. I'm a huge race fan, a total fanatic to the point of almost landing dear hubby and I in divorce court. My dad raced a zillion years ago back in the '50's, and his claim to fame is that Gordon John#### actually spoke to him once. He said "Frank, the idea is to cross the finish line on your wheels, not your roof". Ok, so dad maybe wasn't the best driver. But I grew up watching the Indy 500 and Daytona glued to the TV like there was no tomorrow, and once a year we climed on top of our cars to watch the Labor Day race at the Syracuse fairgrounds. Now, I plan my whole life during the summer around Saturday nights at Oswego Speedway watching the Supermodifieds and Small Block Supers, thus the near treck to divorce court. We make an annual trip to Pocono Raceway in June and hope the weather is never as crappy as it was last year. Is this too much information? Probably. Just stop reading when you get bored.

I would think so.

That is by far one of the most honest and most compact introductions that I've read, SpaceCadet. I often linger around the forums and post some weird nonsense, but your stuff is straight to the point. I like it!

Unfortunately, I'm not a big racing fan. However, I do admire and honor their driving skills after I sat through a two-hour lecture regarding turns and stuff like that.

Oswego isnt too far away from me I go to school in Potsdam at Clarkson University, its a drive but I visit friends at Oswego State from time to time.
