[26 miles from Joplin]

I do live close to Joplin its more like 42 miles instead of 26. Chiefs fan since I was young. Cubs fan for just as long. Bow hunting is just so much fun to me, went once and got hooked. Same thing with golf got hooked about 18 yrs ago. My name is Sam. I live in the southeast corner of Kansas. Favorite sport is a toss up between Nascar and Football. If you have never been to a Nascar race you should go not to expensive and a life time of memories.

Welcome 26. I also enjoy the NASCAR scene. I'll be looking forward to cahtting with you through out the off season. I see you have already posted on the NASCAR forum so keep it up. We'll have a busy off season with all the changes that are about to happen for the '07 season.

I have never been to a race. My friends keep trying to get me to go with them. Tehy go to Pocono, Charlotte, and somewhere in Virginia. I just started watching the sport, so I don't know if I can appreciate going yet.

Hey Sam, wlecome to GTG. Not much of a NASCAR fan, but I love football and I am an avid bow hunter. Can't use a compound bow, too many moving parts, I hunt with a hand staved Hickory long bow. I've had it for years and it has served me well. I also enoy deer hunting with a muzzle loader, .50cal Hawkens.
