Happy..No, I can't bring myself to liking a guy that i have hated for over 15yrs simply because he is on my team now. I will however support him since he is on my team. If he wants to "gain" my happiness, a good way to start would be bringing home championship #1

Yeah...but wasn't that "hate" with a side order of respect???...I mean part of that hate was do to him dominating a division your boys were in...so that's some sort of love in a dsyfunctional way...

Your head coach has got to go.
I am surrounded by Packer fans and for the last umpteen years I have had Brett Favre shoved in my face. I didnt much like him. But then I started watching him a little closer (before he left Green Bay) and darned if I didnt learn to respect and admire him. Kinda started liking him and have been pretty much tolerant of his will he or wont he routine of late. He's been playing much less like the gunslinger of old. He really likes Adrian Peterson.
I have to tell you though, I dont think the Vikings 5-0 record right now means much. Will have to see when they take on some of the big boys.

welcome I'd have more to say but i don't think i told my roommate that forum posting was part of what i was going to do when i asked to borrow his computer while mine is out of commission

respect? yes obviously, you usually dont hate players that typically arent any good As for the dominating the division, well im not so sure about that.

No Doubt, I have always respected Favre's game, but I dont really care for him, I had Favre shoved in my face for about 5 years while I was dating a huge packer family(needless to say it didnt work out to well, I mean vikings and packers fans getting along, pssh )

As for the record, well we can only play what games they schedule us to play, I know we have played some bad teams, but sometimes thats what it takes to get on a roll, I think we will beat the Ravens, but the steelers game should be a good one.
