Welcome to GTG david.
Another bigtime NFL fan here so I expect to meet you in the NFL forum now and again.
New defensive coordinator and not quite the right pieces for a 3-4 scheme. Defense was the Packer's Achille's heel last year. CBs Woodson and Harrison are getting a bit long in the tooth.
So what do you think?

My other favorite non Football teams are The Milwaukee Bucks in Basketball, the Brewers in Baseball, Penguins in Hockey, Manchester United for Soccer.

I totally agree with you Bette in regards to the Packs D. They really need to get younger and this is probably going to be another tough year on D due to the transition to the 3-4. I'm just hoping our draft picks contribute early so that theres at least some hope. To be honest though(hurts to say it) we probably won't make the playoffs this year but hey gotta keep the faith right? Stranger things have happened in the NFL so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

and I'm at the University of San Diego, I've been in the Community college district for a few years fighting my way up so I'm really excited to be finally moving to the next level.

I'm a huge football fan in general, College, pros, arena, high school. People ask me why I root for other teams other then the Pack at times(I'm also a Skins and Chargers fan) but its just because I love Football. But like i said in my other post the Pack is and always will be number one to me.

Sounds like you've found your favorite sports forum. Mind telling us how you found us?

I'm kinda like you .. I have my faves (Cowboys, Astros, & Longhorns) also. But I'll watch almost any football game 'cause I can always find a couple players I like to watch and generally end up rooting for one of the teams (even if they are a rival of my faves.)

Now if we could just get you interested in racing....

Welcome...and I agree with Racer Duck! You really need to try to get into NASCAR! No other sport even competes with NASCAR...but thats just my opinion! This is the only time you'll see my post...unless you check out the nascar section...so enjoy ur time!

San Diego just because I live here

and as far as Nascar goes I watch it now and then. First race I ever watched in full was Daytona 2001(I know worst possible first race right?) and I try to keep up with it but its kind of like Golf for me. I respect it, have my favorites, try to keep up with it but its not one of my favorite pass times though.

I found this forum just by typing in "Football talk forums" on google and this along with a few others came out and this seemed like the most active.
