Hi, coltsfan, and welcome to GoTeamsGo. Lefty Noob here, I'm one of the Moderators on the forum. It's funny that you should bring up Addai because our news program just brought this article to my attention.

Colts confident they'll be up and running soon enough

The Colts traditionally have not run the ball effectively in the preseason, but they could point to James' presence as evidence they would produce when it mattered.
Now, with Rhodes and Addai in the breach, an undercurrent of concern exists.
"I'm never one to say that (the running game is) just going to happen," Manning said. "It's something we're continuing to work through."
Center Jeff Saturday said the Colts are not preoccupied with stats during the preseason, including their yield on the ground. Also, while Manning routinely checks out of a running play during the regular season if the defense is aligned to stop it, he occasionally runs the play that's called during the preseason regardless of what he sees from the defense.
"When we get in the regular season we tend to take more of what the defense gives us instead of trying to force what we want to get done," Saturday said. "In the preseason, we just kind of run what we have. We understand what we've got to get done."
The Colts aren't the only team getting little from its running game. Chicago ranks No. 32, averaging 59.7 yards a game. Washington is No. 31 (62.7). Atlanta is setting the preseason pace at 189.7.
Colts coach Tony Dungy said he looks past the raw numbers and sees a running game that will get the job done in the regular season.
"The running game is really going to be in pretty good shape," he said. "People play us a little differently in the preseason than they do in the regular season. We know we're going to get some good looks to run against in the regular season, and when we do, I think we'll run effectively."

So Dungy seems to be pretty confident about Rhodes and Addai's abilities. Still, the rookie running back hasn't gotten a lot of reps, nor has he done a lot with the ones he's had. How long do you think it'll take him to come around? Will there be any point in the season where you can seem him, and not Rhodes, as the team's featured back?
