Well it's not like he's done a terrible job. They must be happy with the results they are getting, so why upset the apple cart. As long as he enjoys it and gives the owners the product they realistically can expect, then the world is just fine.

I'm surprised. I figured he was done, but if I'm the Colts, I want him to stick around as long as possible. Look for them to be contenders again in 2008.
