Tony Dungy's announcement is expected today. Will he stay or will he go? My guess is he retires.

Hard to say. In theory, they'd hire Caldwell from within and carry on same as always. But Dungy's a unique guy. He and his players have a close bond that would be next to impossible to duplicate or replace. So it'd have to have at least some negative impact, just not from an X's and O's standpoint.

I thought he would go as well, but when he does go he will be considered an all time great. He did it the right way.
