If the girl had any class she would of refused to wear a Patriots jersey. She could of made a statement. Why didn't any other team jerseys get booed?

pretty funny how people are bent outta shape about this but completely fine with philip rivers goin from stadium to stadium trash-talkin teh fans. so wat, stuff happens. we all know good and well if a 8 year old boy walked into fenway with a yankees hat on he would be bood and harassed. we all know that isiah thomas (the player, not coach) was despised in chicago. we all know that hte bears will get bood in green bay. get over it. its the new rivalry in sports, colts-patriots. sports are not real life. people dont go to games to learn life shanging lessons, they go to watch their team destroy the other team. simply for the joy of looking over at teh opposing fan who was brave enough to don his teams jersey in you building so you can rub his teams loss in his face. if sports were meant to be taken this seriously, people would'nt paint their faces blue. people wouldnt paint their bodies golden and dress up like the heisman trophy. people wouldnt be at lambeau feild in 10 degree weather with no shirt, sloppy drunk, screamin at the top of their lungs.

seems like people love to fling around the word "class" alot these days

But isn't that the point we're trying to make - that people shouldn't take their sports so seriously that they boo a teenage girl just because she's wearing the other team's colors? I firmly believe people take their sports WAY too seriously. That's why things like this happen.

WOW .... these are the ones I'd call serious fans. Do you believe that the once every three years person who attends a game all bundled up is the one who lives and breathes their team ????

I'm a Pat's fan and I have a pullover windbreaker. If they lose tomorrow, it's just another day for me. It will have been a good run, but I'll just move on to the next team or sport for the rest of the season.

I think they're making it a bigger deal than what it was. If there was someone representing the Colts being honored at Gillette stadium, the same exact thing would've happened.

Has nothing to do with classy or ultra classy. It was as simple as a 15 year old kid wearing a shirt and getting booed for wearing it. Do you really believe she did it to taunt the opposition ???
