Re: Colts free-agent LB Brandon Hoyte

Kind of hard to believe that ex-Notre Dame standout Brandon Hoyte wasn't drafted. During his collegiate career, he totalled 287 tackles, 12 sacks and six forced fumbles, including 82 tackles and six sacks as a senior. He is small, though, but how many small linebackers have gone on to great NFL careers now? Several, and I predict Hoyte will be another.

Re: Colts free-agent LB Brandon Hoyte

I have known brandon Hoyte since he was a kid growing up in parlin n.j.
and I told my friend larry Addison he was going to be somebody special, and he has proven that he is a solid football player.he should have been drafted, what do you have to do to get drafted. He did everything a linebacker had to do.Pro scouts talk about size,he has the heart.Brandon good luck,if you ever read this, its me.remember when i used to throw you the ball to u in brooklawn gardens with your boys larry & brian, hey good luck, work real hard, make those pro scouts eat their heart out

Welcome to GoTeamsGo, chillb87, and thanks for joining us. Always great to talk to people who know professional athletes or hopefuls. I full expect Hoyte to make the Colts roster. Anyone who's ever saw him play with the Irish knows what this kid is capable of!
