Thumbs up Sanders signed!

Quote:
Indianapolis Colts safety Bob Sanders has signed a five-year, $37.5 million contract with the Colts that includes $20 million in guaranteed money, according to NFL sources.

The contract makes Sanders the highest-paid safety in the NFL.

Sanders, whose playoff performance sparked the Colts on their run to a Super Bowl victory last season, would have been an unrestricted free agent after this season.
ESPN - Sources: Sanders signs for five years, $37.5 million - NFL

Next up, Dallas Clark!

Re: Sanders signed!

He is the heart and soul of that defense. Only problem is, it seems he has a problem with staying healthy. If he is out, that defense goes down the tubes.

Re: Sanders signed!

Well, it's good that they kept him around, but... highest paid safety in the league? He's not even the best one in the AFC.

Yeah, I agree. That guy is just all over the field.
Wish Williams played half as hard.

Re: Sanders signed!

polamalu a better safety than bob sanders? aum...no.

does polamalu run a 4.3 ? dont think so. dont get me wrong he got hall of fame potential and he gets all over the field like a missle. but you se wat happens when he's injured. nothing changes. you see wat happens when sanders is out. everything changes. abd sanders hits harder

Guess we gotta agree to disagree on this one. I believe Polamalu hits harder, is more durable and has a better motor than Sanders.
