The Colts' "Quest for the Ring" contest, which attracted more than 45,000 entries who paid $5 to win authentic Super Bowl XLI rings, culminated with five of 10 finalists being rewarded with rings when they opened boxes on the field during halftime of the Colts-Jacksonville game. Three of the winners -- Chris Carr, Jeff Haggard and Bryan Snyder -- were from Indianapolis. The other two rings went to Avon's Ed Ressler and Franklin's Jay Williamson. Twenty-five semifinalists were cut to 10 after a citywide scavenger hunt Friday and Saturday. "Our team's success . . . is due to enormous enthusiasm and support of our fans," Colts owner/CEO Jim Irsay said in a statement. "We're glad to share some of the Super Bowl magic with them." Proceeds will go to charity.
