Looks like the accusations of the Colts piping in crowd noise during yesterday's game vs. the Patriots has caught the NFL's attention.

According to Yahoo! Sports' Jason Cole, "The NFL is looking into allegations that the Indianapolis Colts piped in noise during the game Sunday between the Colts and the Patriots. The charge comes after Patriots President Jonathan Kraft became the latest NFL team executive to accuse the Colts of the distracting tactic that is against the rules... Observers at the game said there seemed to be a 'skip' in the sound during the game Sunday, which the Patriots won 24-20. That might confirm the long-held suspicion among many people in the NFL that the Colts play loud crowd noise to help distract opponents when the other team is on offense."

Well, even if you sell out, you can pipe in noise. Then think of how loud it'd sound inside the dome.

"CBS has informed us that the unusual audio moment heard by fans during the Patriots-Colts telecast was the result of tape feedback in the CBS production truck and was isolated to the CBS broadcast," NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said Monday. "It was in no way related to any sound within the stadium and could not be heard in the stadium."

I bet the pats fans were so excited to hear they werent the only cheaters, oh well, and I agree how can you question dungys character, the man has written a great book and is a model by which many upcoming coaches should follow..

Most stadiums have jumbo-trons and speaker systems. I attended the Penn State/Ohio game this year and they had a "glitch" in the system also. I don't know if the QB heard it but I did. Where do the in-house systems get their feed from ?

With the Pats getting a lot of officiating help to beat the Ravens.Last night getting more help(an interception caught way OB and allowed) and a poke in the eye of a giant and no penalty.Already caught cheating (vs the Jets) this year.They have very little room to complain.


One question for you Colt fans....

The Pats are yakked about all over the air waves.They beat the Colts by 4 points when Indy had 8 players out.They needed officials to help them beat Baltimore and the Giants.Do you believe as I do that the Colts are going to bring NE back to earth in the playoffs.I have placed a very heavy bet on Indy to do just that.

With those 8 players back for playoffs,I don`t think Pats are anywhere near as good as the Colts.What do you say??
