Yeah, its easy to forget sometime that he coached the end of last season and through the playoffs after the suicide of his son. I can't even imagine the kind of inner-strength that would have taken, to be able to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and return to work so quickly after such a tragic loss. I admire his fortitude, I really do.
