Funny to hear that Manning himself called Vinatieri. You'd think he didn't like the old Colts kicker or something.

In all seriousness, though, this is a good signing for Indy. We've debated whether or not this was a major upgrade for the Colts or not, but there's no doubt Vinatieri is one damn fine kicker. He'll win them a game or two this season.

I like how Vanderjact is now the sole recpient of blame for The Colts loss to The Steelers. Coaching, quarterbacking and pass protection all played an integral part in that loss. They should have given the ball to James more, he was the only offensive weapon producing.
If The Colts didn't win The Superbowl last year, then when will it ever happen? On top of that favorable schedule they had The Superbowl was also played in a dome. The entire season was unintentionally catered for Indy to go through the playoffs without having too play outdoors. But great, they replaced their kicker. He was only the most accurate field goal kicker in the history of The NFL (I have no idea how this is calculated but its what everyione tells me).
