I like Wayne a lot, being on my fantasy team and all...but is he a product of Manning and Harrison, or is he good despite?

He was a standout player in college at Miami. I think he is that good of a player. But like a lot of players that are in good systems, you will never truly know until he ends up somewhere else with less talent.
