In six up-and-down NBA seasons, Tinsley generally has failed to fulfill the promise of his dazzling rookie season. A player of obvious talent but uncertain commitment, he hasn't risen to the next level that appears to exist within his game. His future with the Pacers could well depend on the preferred style of the next head coach.

You could do a lot worse...trade him to the Magic...we got Jammer Nelson...he is good but is never gonna get them anywhere...maybe a tandem of the two will work.
