From an outside perspective, it's easy for one to assume that the Indiana Hoosiers can have success without the use of second-team All-Big Ten wide receiver ...

Re: James Hardy, All-Big Ten receiver

Yep, James Hardy is a real talented wide receiver, no doubt about it. The Indiana Hoosier is a second-team All-Big Ten player. Oh, but he might miss a few games this year thanks to some pesky misdemeanor domestic battery charges he's facing. That legal stuff is such a pain when you're trying to win football games, you know?

Re: James Hardy, All-Big Ten receiver

Anyone hear any updated on Hardy's legal trouble?

My sarcastic remarks about his conduct aside, the truth is that Indiana won't win much without him. He's 6-7, 216-pounds and caught 61 passes for 893 yards and 10 TDs last season. Hardy also led the Big Ten in receiving yards per game with 89.3. He is an incredible talent, even though there may be character issues.
