Isiah Thomas to coach Hoosiers?

Rumor has it that current New York Knicks coach Isiah Thomas could be the next Indiana Hoosiers head coach.
He denies it, but why would they even want him? He's 53-102 record in two seasons with the Knicks, and he's never coached in college?

Why? He has destroyed a minor league, and an NBA team, while let him near the Hooisers.

I have no idea. I hope it's just a rumor and Indiana's not seriously considering this.

I would think having him on board would seriously hurt their ability to scout.
