In the first 4 games after Kelvin Sampson left, the Hoosiers went 3-1. But the 3 wins werent against good teams, and the one loss was a butt-whipping against Michigan State. On Sunday they lost 68-64 in overtime to a bad Penn State team.
The best players are the same. Eric Gordon had 26 points although it took him 24 shots to get there. DJ White had 20 points and 12 rebounds. The rest of the team looked sluggish and without Sampson it looked like a couple of star players doing their own thing.
Under Dan Dakich, this is not the same team it was under Sampson.
