| Terry Hoeppner dies Sad news to report out of Bloomington. Hoosiers football coach Terry Hoeppner has passed at the age of 59. The cause of death is being listed as complications from a brain tumor. "Terry's fight was courageous and will serve as an inspiration to those who have known him," Indiana athletic director Rick Greenspan told reporters through a statement. "This is a truly sad day for our community and all of our thoughts and prayers are with the Hoeppner family and to those whose lives he has touched." Hoeppner was also a former coach at Miami of Ohio. He will be missed.
