| Hoosiers Big Ten Tournament BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana men's basketball team heads to Chicago for the 2007 Big Ten Tournament, where it received a first-round bye and will face the winner of the No. 6 Illinois vs. No. 11 Penn State match-up on Friday, March 9 with a 9:10 p.m. EST tip time at the United Center. IU concluded the 2006-07 regular season 20-9 overall and 10-6 in the league, earning sole possession of third place and the No. 3 seed in the Big Ten Tournament. The game will be televised on ESPN Plus, with Mike Gleason (play-by-play) and Shon Morris (analyst) on the call. | Hoosiers edged by Illini in OT CHICAGO - The Indiana basketball team went to overtime for the first time this season, but was defeated in OT by Illinois, 58-54. Armon Bassett led the Hoosiers with 18 points, while D.J. White scored 14 and grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds for the Hoosiers (20-10).
