Re: Mario Williams injury

Houston DE Mario Williams, the #1 overall pick in this year's draft, will miss a few days of practice after having his the toenails on both of his big toes removed. Said coach Gary Kubiak, "They were bothering him throughout the camp. So instead of trying to fight it, they removed them. We're giving him a few days off to make sure it heals properly... We just didn't want it to be a problem when we got to the summer so took care of it now."

A minor issue now, but is this the sort of thing that could keep coming back on him and be a minor annoyance for the rest of his career? Ah, probably not. But its a slow news day... so what are your thoughts on Mario Williams and his toenail injuries?
