Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub (shoulder) is participating in the team’s voluntary offseason conditioning workouts. Schaub is recovering from shoulder surgery he had in early January. He has not recovered completely, but should be able to participate in minicamp and training camp.

They've had enough time to try and get that problem fixed. Makes you wonder why they aren't doing more to address it.

It isn't too hard to fix an O-line problem. Cleveland fixed theirs is an off season. Draft well and pick up some free agents. You have to be willing to spend a little though.

No, I don't think so. He's still a talented quarterback. But it was a pointless trade unless they find a way to protect him.

You cant blame him for the 0 line's failure to protect him.

Yeah but he was hurt even in Atlanta. I'm not convinced Schaub can take an NFL hit despite the fact that the Texans have a terrible O line. I mean you can have the '95 Cowboys line protecting him. Sooner or later a defensive end is gonna pop you and you have to get up and continue the game.

I dont remember how many games he played in Atlanta or how often he was hurt. Anyway, Atlanta o line wasnt too great either. Seems like that was why Vick was always running away from someone.
