Maybe, maybe not. Maybe they will get someone else to fill his shoes. In the long run they are better off because this stuff only causes distractions in the locker room. Then they end up like the Bengals.

Well, I obviously disagree, but besides that... why do winning and character have to be mutually exclusive? They can get a talented replacement for Mathis without the character issues and still be competitive.

But you cant always be sure of that. Find a replacement before you let someone like Mathis go.
