For the first time in franchise history, the Houston Texans won't finish a season with a losing record. That's because the Texans beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 42-28 yesterday to improve to 8-8 on the season. Andre' Davis returned two kickoffs for touchdowns, and Ron Dayne ran for 88 yards and two more scores in the victory. "It's kind of bad that it feels this good, but I'll take it," offensive lineman Chester Pitts, a starter since the very beginning, told the Associated Press afterwards. "It's been a long road. I've been through a lot with this team and ... I appreciate every part of it."
