Cool Schaub Contract

6 years for $48 million. Boy, Schaub must be pinching himself. The Texans are out of their minds.

Where does this leave former #1 pick David Carr is the question a lot of people must be asking.

As a guy who has been pushing Schaub up and down, I hate this. Schaub has the potential to be a real good QB, and he would've been in Atlanta. But nobody can win with the Texans, not until the upgrade that stinkin' o-line. So he's gonna wind up looking like a total bum because he's in a lousy situation. But hey, at least he's going to be wealthy when it's all said and done.

Schaub does have a quick release though from what i've seen of him play. He sure is gonna need it with that line. I'm still actually more interested in where Carr is gonna end up. I wonder if he'll be this year's Daunte Culpepper so to speak.

That's harsh Nuke-ster and my man Daunte had hardly bounced back from injury...Carr isn't half bad...his team just sucked...the guy has been sacked over 200 times behind that thing they call a line...
