| Re: Texans verses Dolphins The Texans enter Week 4 as a co-occupant of the AFC South cellar, along with the similarly 0-3 Titans, and also grace a rung at or near the bottom of NFL power polls everywhere. Houston has scarcely been competitive in losses to the Eagles (24-10), Colts (43-24), and Redskins (31-15), with the team's offense suffering through long stretches of invisibility in each game while an anemic defense flails in vain to stem the tide. As a franchise, the Texans have now lost 18 of their last 20 contests, and fans at Reliant Stadium are beginning to wonder when, if ever, they will begin to bear witness to a consistent winner. One has to wonder if Mario Williams really was the answer? Are we jumping the gun here? Will Daunte Culpepper find happiness picking on the lowly Texans? Are the Texans worse off than the Titans and the Raiders? |
